SANDY BARNETT - CHIEF PILOT

Sandy has been a pilot since the 1970's and has a wealth of flying experience on over forty different makes of aircraft including many multi engine and tail wheeled types . He is the most experienced Chief Pilot of any skydiving operation in Scotland and has amassed many hundreds of flying hours at a variety of Drop Zones in the UK dropping both students and experienced parachutists.

He is also an Aircraft Engineer who has come from light piston engined aircraft to large turbine helicopters and currently runs the Engine Workshops for the UK subsidiary of the world's largest helicopter operator.

His considerable knowledge and experience in the maintenance and operation of parachuting aircraft is a fundamental factor in achieving the highest standards of safety and efficiency for the clubs aircraft operations.
